CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE
July 18, 2017(Crunchy but Chewy on the inside)
Ingredients:
2 & 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 & 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Unsalted Butter (melted/softened)
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup White Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 Egg Yolk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Bar (cut into chunks/pcs)
I used Hershey's brand here.
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients all together.
2. Mix wet ingredients all together and combine it with the dry Ingredients until well incorporated. (note: do not over mix as this will make your cookies super soft.
3. Add the Chocolate chips and mix.
4. Chill for about 30 mins. before baking.
5. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
6. Bake for 8-10 mins. (8 mins to make it soft on the inside but a bit crunchy on the outside.)
That's it! That's my personal ingredients and simple way on how to bake the cookies.
