Fudge Brownie Recipe



Fudge Brownies Recipe


Ingredients:

6-7ounces Bittersweet Chocolate
1 stick Butter
1 & 1/4 cup Brown / Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Coconut Oil (optional)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 & 1/2 cup (9oz/270g) Roughly Chopped Chocolate Chunks/ Chips

Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F (175°C) then line a 7x11" brownie baking pan with a parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl mix Butter, Sugar and Oil.
3. Add the eggs, vanilla and salt. Whisk all together for a minute until light in color.
4. Over the same bowl, sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until combined (do not over mix).   Then put in half of the chopped chocolate chunks. 
5. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. You can now top it with the remaining chocolate chunks and you might want to add nuts.
6. Bake for 35-40min. or until the center of the brownie no longer jiggles.
7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the pan and make the slices.
